1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address, and your Discord username if you contact us for support. When you use the product, we also collect a hardware identifier (HWID) so your key can be bound to your device.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to deliver your purchase, assist with support requests, and send important updates related to your order or product. Your HWID is used to bind your key to your device. A key can be transferred to a new device after 3 days. It is also used to enforce blacklists.
3. Security Checks
To protect the product from tampering, it runs checks for debuggers and similar analysis tools. If a check is triggered, the type of detection (for example, a debugger being present) is sent to us together with your device identifier. This data is used only for security and abuse prevention, and may result in a blacklist.
4. Data Protection
We don’t sell or share your personal information with anyone. We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure.
5. Data Removal
You can request deletion of your data by contacting us on Discord. We will not delete data tied to blacklisted users, as it is retained for security and abuse prevention.
6. Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted on SellAuth, which handles all payment processing. We never store or have access to your payment details.
