TERMS OF SERVICE

§1 - Acceptance

By purchasing or using Hamsternal, you agree to these terms in full. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance.

§2 - No Refunds / No Chargebacks

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you waive any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. Doing so is considered fraud and will result in a permanent blacklist from all Hamsternal services.

§3 - Blacklisting

We reserve the right to revoke your license and blacklist you from all services at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. No refund will be issued upon blacklisting. Blacklists are appealable in the ticket channel. If you were banned from the discord dm <@910828822247636993> or <@1451570296627789906>

§4 - Discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue or shut down Hamsternal at any time for any reason. No refunds or compensation will be owed in this event.

§5 - Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from use of Hamsternal, including account bans or any other damages. You assume full responsibility.

§6 - Key Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your key secure. Sharing your key will result in it being revoked without refund.

§7 - User Conduct & Misuse

Hamsternal is provided strictly as a software tool. We are not responsible for how users choose to use it. Any misuse, violations of third-party terms of service, or consequences resulting from your usage are solely your responsibility. We do not condone or encourage any activity that violates the terms of any platform or service.
