1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Because the product is a digital license key that cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once it has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal.
2. Product Support
If you have issues with the product, please contact our support team through the Discord server first. We’re happy to help you get it working.
3. Downtime
If the product is unavailable for an extended period (for example, after a Roblox update), we may extend your key upon request, at our discretion.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are only considered in extraordinary circumstances, at our sole discretion.
